Canceling or Pausing Your Membership
To cancel or pause your membership, complete and submit this form. Your submission serves as your official written notice.
Cancellation Request
To cancel your membership for the upcoming month, submit the form by the 10th of the current month.
If you submit after the 10th, you will be billed for the next month, and cancellation will take effect the following month.
All payments are non-refundable, and if you return later, you will rejoin at the current membership rate.
Membership Holds
You can place your membership on hold twice per year, for up to three months each time. Holds must run from the 1st of a month to the 1st of the next month, and requests must be submitted by the 25th of the previous month. Each hold must be at least one month, and there must be 30 days between holds. When a hold ends, payments resume automatically, and if you return early, billing restarts immediately.
Important: A hold is not a cancellation. To cancel while on hold, you must wait until your membership restarts and then submit a cancellation request.
