HOLD POLICY
You can place your membership on hold twice per calendar year for up to three months each time. Holds must run from the 1st to the 1st and be requested before the 25th of the previous month to allow us time to process them. Holds must be a minimum of 1 month, and at least 30 days must pass between holds. When the hold ends, payments resume automatically. If you return early, the hold will be lifted, and payments will restart. Important Reminder: A hold is not a cancellation. If you wish to cancel your membership while on hold, you must submit your cancellation after your membership has restarted.
Cancellation POLICY
This form will act as your written notice to cancel your membership. To cancel your membership for the next month, you must complete this form before the 10th of the previous month. If today is after the 10th, your membership will still be billed for the upcoming month, and your cancellation will take effect the following month after that payment. All payments are non-refundable. If you return in the future, you will rejoin at the current membership rate.
